I have had my truck for over 2 years now and have had very few problems to this point. Now granted, I only have 15000 miles, so its still not really broke in yet.
I pulled out of my drive the other day on a cold December morning ( 0 degrees) and only got about 1/4 mile down the road and the...
Oh shit, lessoned learned, follow the manufactures instructions. Was do pissed at my self for trying to cut s corner this late in the game.

Got everything powered up today. Just got to few things left to tidy up. System sounds great, even without running new speaker wire all the way to the front doors. Will need to find tune each amp a little more.
The only con that I have is the volume control from the clean sweep. In order to...
I would tend to think you are probably right. The wire size difference is minimal. I will however leave plenty of wire at the splice just in case I need it to run into the door in the future.
I found this link on another forum. It has some options to keep it clean in the event I need to...

Jumping on the JL audio band wagon. After several weeks of research I am convinced that JL is one of the best companies out there when it comes to mobile audio. Yes, their products are expensive, but you also get what you pay for.
I have purchased the following to upgrade my SCrew and...
I tinted my 3rd brake light. Looks factory and still have use of the DOT required led's. A can of nightshades and clearcoat will make it look real nice.
