People think the idea of leasing a raptor is insane, Mean while I'm over here bewildered by this guy wanting to run into financial suicide.The raptor is a leisure vehicle not a necessity. If you can't afford it upfront DONT "buy" it.

Come on man, that's the American way to do things sarcasm. We always buy more than we can afford. Just look at the 2008 housing bubble and credit crisis. It's apparently no longer taboo to file bankruptcy. I know a few people who got in way over their heads in the mid 2000's and when everything went south, they just walked away from their financial obligations. Then, a few years later, they are into new expensive cars/trucks and buying houses again.

I afforded it, still can't believe I've owned it for two years now.

People get stupid with cars. I was talking to a salesman yesterday and he was telling me about this guy who he sold a Mustang to that morning. The guy's credit was so overloaded that the interest alone on his note was $12/day.
