Well you are in the majority for sure. They are popular. Tried to pull the trigger on one a couple of years ago, actually right before they got stupid priced. Just couldn't do it. Should have done it. Could have flipped it for about a $50K profit only a few months after. Oh well. They have come back down out of the stratosphere price wise. Still pricey though.
