The forged versions have removable rings. The cast are welded on from my understanding.

Like the look of the 17s turbomac hd.
Question, do they stick out further than stock or are they direct swap?
Are there any issues with rubbing, if stock bfg ko2 tires are used?
Also, can these be ordered with the oem TPMS sensors already installed as an option?

Direct swap. But yes stick out further. No but you can swap yours easily.

Been running Turbomac HD 20s for a few weeks now and love them. No rubbing whatsoever on stock suspension and Toyo 35s. They do stick further out than stock but not by much at all, which i think is perfect setup. My only complaint on the wheels is that water collects on the lip and doesnt spill out due to design - something they addressed with the Traverse wheels.

You can reuse OEM TPMS or we can offer TPMS if you’d like.

It appears that the lug nuts required are 60-degree conical style and Fifteen52 doesn't carry them for the Raptor. Where did you guys get yours from if you don't mind?
