Moon roof seals/maintenance
My Gen 1 ate the moon roof glass at 90K miles. $2K to fix! I inquired about preventive maintenance on the tracks and service dept. never got back to me so if anyone knows what we should be using...- STP

Note: went with Ford remanufactured vs. Rebuild. Was about $1K cheaper than route I went. Driving around a GMC Terrain Denali...not quite the same!- STP

Yeah, the trans they are dropping in has 3yr/unlimited so that eases the sting a bit.- STP

Bought our 1st Gen 1 about a month ago. Unfortunately the transmission took a crap and now we are on the hook for new Trans. My local Ford dealer doing new unit for $4500 OTD. Fair price? 90K miles and Tranny is toast? Anyone else have to do this in their Gen 1? I should have bought the damn...- STP
