I put my IMEI from the settings screen in at ATT and T-Mobile and both say the device isn’t compatible

Anyone get a SIM card that works with this tablet in the US? I have checked the two IMEI numbers from my system and none of the carriers say this will work with them.

Doing more troubleshooting I have sound out of all 4 speakers, but they are not separate channels. When I drop the rear gain both front and rear go down. Video here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/FA9WBbmu4QjaL1FE7

I have figured out I have no sound out of my rear speakers, and the balance/fade screen thinks my front speakers are in the rear. I reset the audio screens per the video with no change. I opened a support request with the company.
