Been there done that...Thanks to "The car Stereo Co. " Ran them all around the bed with a water Proof switch. As long as you keep your line straight the don't look trashy,Hell they are functional! There is a thread on the install here somewhere. DO IT !

I'm using a IPAD mini with LEADNAV and it works great. Using a RAM mount ball attached to the dash tray that I reinforced. LEADNAV works well using GPX files supplied by who ever is running the show. You load the GPX file and after converting the file to a tack you then download the aerial...

Here's a few shots of the run I took.Was a great trip but a long hall from the bay area.Was a bummer we couldn't run all the trails but the weather turned ( in JUNE ! ) and yes,the right call was made.A good mix of history,fast and technical trails.Good times were had.

I mounted a Ram Mount ball to the package tray,Reinforced it and using using a Ram 6' bar. Mounted the end of the bar to back of an otter case for the IPAD mini. Seems pretty stout and have tested it on road but not off road . I don't have pictures,But if you like the idea,I will post some.
