I had an issue like this but it was from a corrupt flash and a bad turbo smart BOV . I replaced the BOV and got a dealer to flash my truck to stock and then got a nee MPT tune and haven’t had the issue since.

@TwizzleStix yes I have put it all back to stock besides the turbo smart Blow off Vee electric valve and it still does it. the tuner is a BDX bully dog tuner ( like 5star(same company)) . It's just a flash tune- I've had it installed for years, and I update the tune every six months.

@TwizzleStix I agree with you I should go to a custom tune. The money is worth it. but why would this still happen when I take the Tune off? I did a KAM reset after tune removal. thanks for your help!
@FordTechOne I think you onto something . I have the electronic bee blow off valve and after multiple hours of reading I think it might be creating the issue.. I think I’ll replace it with a stock on or mechanical aftermarket one . But befor I do that I will place a camera to verify it .
Thank you for the response but I no longer have the original blow off valve .. so I’m SOL there .. have you heard of a east gate issue or boost sensor that could be causing this issue .. I would think the P061A is understandable because of the boost drop ?
