Just saw a few pics of your truck on the wheel/tire thread -- I am confident I saw this truck in Provo just off University Parkway? Thought I'd reach out and see if it was you

I removed them by using a small flat head screw driver and gently popping them out at the inboard side of the reflector(they just snap in). I then painted them with a paint that I found to be a match to the front grille color, cleared them and then re-installed. Lemme know if you want details.
