Looks like you had some fun and you gave the limey Paul a ride!! I will have to come out to one of these some day and we can have a Raptor class.

Paul's hilarious. I really don't think he knew what to do in that thing. He asked if I was worried it would "roll over" LOL

This weekend was pretty good.

Crawled under the truck and put a rear sway bar from Hellwig on - Thanks Wiz / KP Motorsports

Now, this may go against some of the "die hards" but remember how my truck is used. Limiting the roll will help in rallycross and shredding around the dirt roads.
If I need the articulation, a couple 5/8" bolts come out and I have the freedom back. So far in the 50 miles on it, all good.

I also made a drive to Proven Design Products in New Hudson, Michigan. Some of you may have their flaps installed on the truck. I requested some simple black flaps. Matt, the President of the company, is supper cool, a car / truck guy, and hopefully a future Raptor Owner.

The results have been great. This is actually a before and after shot. The dried mud is before the install, the wet spots are after. Same road, same speed. I have even been trying to get mud on the doors, and it just keeps it down.

How about you come over and we grab a beer?

LOL.

I'll get back with ya. I didn't do an install write up on either one. The flaps were a quick mount up and I may or may not add more attachment points.

The directions in the sway bar kit are pretty straight forward, and I was crawling around my muddy driveway putting it on.

On the sway bar, the basic idea is you slide a plate into the cross car frame rail that the shock mounts to, a clevis / u channel bolt to the plate from the bottom. The links are "Z" ed so the offset around the springs and attach to the bar. The bar has three holes, the further rear you go, the stiffer the bar will be.

The way Paul acted the first time he rode in my truck.... sounds like he has never been in one before.... suspicions are rising....

That is funny! You know he has never gone on a ride I am a little elusive just ask Wiz. I did go to Snoball and missed you there as well.
