Well this should be interesting, since I have same set up and aftermarketing intercooler. Especially since I have a little noise going on and seems like constant white smoke.

I also think it's safe to say the warranty is a bit on the voided side!

Upgraded turbo's downpipes and exhaust cold air intake thermostat and custom tune. Customer stated it was making 600 RWHP.

Do we know which tune was overly aggressive? Pretty sure it wasn't yours due to your history of tuning the engine.

Raptor 5,800lbs = 45.31lbs/hp

Ha ha. What I meant was that these folks saw an issue with the same symptoms and result. I bet that translates to this issue... at least a rod did not go through the block.
