color looks off to be a Rigid, looks more like a chinese light with that much blue color temp
also rigid has the screws going all around and rigid printed at the edges
here is a picture of a 20" e series rigid
The Rigid USA markings on the E-series isn't just printed - it's actually embossed in the part. See here in a much smaller E-series - but the design cues are the same regardless of the length.
Maybe that's what you meant to say but just wanted to make sure the original poster knew what to look for
