Shouldn't you still use the 80% rule?

56watts/12volt = 4.667 Amps
4.667/.80= 5.8 Amps
7.5 amp fuse (rounded up to next standard size)

Yup that will make sure you don't have "nuisance trip" issues and 7.5 will still protect just fine.
