Any1 know if there is a vid showing how to remove the rear bumper? Found birdy's for front removal, but cant find anything on the rear:emotions133:. going to be fabricating my own front n rear bumpers soon and just trying to figure out everything so its a smoothish process. Basically want to know if the hitch is going to come down on me when I start pulling nuts n bolts

The hitch is attached to the bumper. Just unplug the harness and there is a ground screw on top the frame that you have to un do.

Then loosen 3 bolts per side, big ones, the bumper will be loose. Take the nuts off one at a time and have a friend there to help hold the bumper. its heavy with that hitch attached. its really not hard to do. just awkward.

Its much easier to not take the hitch off you can talk the bumper by itself by undoing 4 bolts on the back and another 2 on the sides. I did mine myself with no issues hardest part is popping off the license plate lights. If you do it this way the hitch and hitch wiring are not touched.

What he said. It's very simple. Just be sure to unplug your trailer wirin and take out your lisence plate lights.

Depending on how custom you want. Trimming the bottom bolt holes off the frame will give you that nice high clean rear bumper look. A lot more clearance.

6 bolts - 3 on each side to remove the bumper with the receiver.

Pop out the license plate lights from the outside AFTER removing the lights/bulbs/wires from the inside. (IIRC they're 25mm)

Remove the trailer hitch light plug.

Rear bumper removed.
