I can't stand the honking. Sometimes it honks when I get in the truck, which makes no sense to me.

I should have the OBDII thingy today, so I'm going to make some changes.

I coded my Raptor last night and did all the big hitting norms...honking, secure idle, engine speaker noise, reverse tilting mirrors...etc.

I also did Global windows and folding mirrors, both w/ using the key fob. Neither of those work as advertised.

Has anyone else had any luck with these? I have an 802a w/ keyless entry/start..

Thanks!

I have a loaded 802A and have the global windows, folding mirrors, and reverse tilt mirrors all working without issue.

I'd just suggest that you make sure you are configuring everything per the module tabs in the spreadsheet and not just from the Common tab. That usually solves most of the problems that come up in this thread.

I'm struggling with the Lincoln mirrors and need a "Phone a Friend" on this one.

If I read the Excel file correctly I need to look in DDM and PDM to change to:
DDM for 740-03-01 x84x xx
DDM for 740-12-01 Fxxx
PDM for 741-03-01 x84x xx
PDM for 741-12-01 Fxxx

But, I don't see a DDM module or a PDM module. Went hunting for either the 740 or 741 PID through all the modules and found nothing.

What am I missing?

TIA

Figured I'd update this for what I found out in case anyone else has this problem and stumbles across my post.

Turned out it was the PC or the software install. I had tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but that didn't seem to work.

So I was able to get my hands on another Windows 10 machine and did a clean install of FORScan on that machine.

Worked fine. Found the PDM and DDM modules.

Was able to adjust the PID's for the Lincoln mirrors as guided and all good.

Thanks!! I went back and checked and got the folding mirrors working. I had 1 character wrong.

I then disabled it because I do not want them folding every time I locked/unlocked the truck.

I still could not get the global windows to work. My code is good according to the spreadsheet (all tabs checked.)

The "Lincoln" style folding mirrors is the better option imo. They stay folded in till you open the door first, no matter how much you open or close.

For the global windows, it's actually only the front windows on ours. So if those are working, then you got it. It can also be a little tricky with the button order.

Ok I just did several of the most common mods, but I did the lincoln version of the folding windows and I noticed that the puddle lights arent quite as effective when the mirrors are folded in, so I have two questions:

1. If you do the non-lincoln version, do they unfold with the unlock of the fob?
2. Does anyone know what the other value that I overwrote for the lincoln version? The "regular" version is only an 8 and the lincoln version is an 84 in that code.

I know I could restore PDM and DDM files to back to my backed up originals, but those two modules were changed for other function changes as well, so I would have to start over. If someone could tell me what that value next to the 8 originally was, it would save me a lot of time. I dont guess there's any way to read an original .abt file either, is there? Thanks for ANY help here.

The standard auto fold (non-Lincoln) will open and close with every lock/unlock of the fob.

I believe this also means they will open and close with every lock/unlock of the door handle. In that case, it would be very bad for someone who cleans and details regularly with the key in your pocket. All keyless entry systems seems to randomly trigger if you're touching any part of the door.
