Yes I believe they are considered mid height. I measured the distance between the tonneau cover and the bottom of the crossbars before but I don’t remember exactly what it was. I can get them down and measure it if you’d like.

Not technically - I don't have the rack on the truck when the tent isn't on as well but the rack is up against the ceiling out of the way of anything. Not sure what your question is leading to.... are you wanting me to give them away? I think the rack is priced well below what it's worth.
