I did Avery 18% nano ceramic all around and clear ceramic windshield. If I did it over, I’d go darker on the front windows. As you can tell, it’s not hard to see through. Compared with my mustang this truck is like a greenhouse—I think it let’s lots of light in through the windshield making the sides look less dark. This pic is also with the sunroof shade closed.

Looks like the majority of you went front tint to match the back. The back windows come factory stained/privacy glass (No IR/UV protection) that is roughly 18%-22%. So to match, 20% tint on the front doors would do it.

My question is around visibility at night. My last vehicle, I did 20% 3M carbon based tint. Couldn't see crap outside at night (I have good vision), had to roll down the windows to see, especially when there are no street lights. It was awesome during the day however. So those that did 20% ceramic, can you see at night? Did the technology improvements from carbon to ceramic allow better visibility looking out going from 20% carbon to 20% ceramic?

I am asking because I am getting ceramic tint next week. Planned on 35% on front doors to stay legal, obviously you can see in and out pretty good, but it doesn't match the back so it can look cheap. So part of me wants to go 20% ceramic, and just not drive at night much/roll down windows at night.

I plan to do 70% ceramic on the windshield, back doors and back window for IR/UV protection.

@KCHawkeye02 I did 20% tint on my two front windows to match stock. Absolutely no visibility issues at night but I haven't been out in pitchblack at night with no lighting, No windshield film for me because of that very concern...

So far I have the windshield (60%) and two front (20%) windows done with Ceramic. Sunglasses basically not needed anymore, and visibility at night is good enough unless you are in the country with no outside lights of course. I asked to get the rear/back window done with 60% as well, but they found a defect/scratch in my rear passenger window, will have to go back after Ford replaces my window next week.

Just got it finished at the shop! Llumar FormulaOne Stratos. Need the high heat rejection being in AZ. Put 70% on the roof. 30 on front 3 including windshield and 15 on the back three. Lowest this tint series goes is 15 but with the privacy glass it’s plenty dark imo. Love the look. This is also wrapped/PPF and will work on putting that info in another thread for those that notice it’s not “Oxford white”

Dang thats pretty dark on the windshield. Now I'm wondering if I try 50% vs 70% on mine.
