What does a tune do?

Ok so there are always questions about what a tune actually does. So here are a couple of datalogs I took last night at the drag strip. Sorry I couldn't get the colors the same.

Look at the timing, stock you can see the dips for torque reduction at the shifts and launch. Shifts are slightly different too.

First one is all stock.
