Yes. Intake as well as full exhaust (headers+cat-back). You also need to go to mid-perch...

I dont have the money for full exhaust and already have mid perch. I was wondering if I could get away with out an aftermarket cai so that i could buy RPG Tie Rods or Prerunner UCA's

I was kidding, just felt like messin with ya Really though, no, you don't need an aftermarket cai to get the tune, you will be fine with stock.
