Just had both screens go black with the exception of the gear selection. Tried the R button and it flashed a “My Raptor functions not available at this time” error message and got the similar error messages when trying to set the steering, exhause and shock valving. Pulled over, shut the truck down, counted to ten and restarted it and both screens were back but all settings in the My Raptor and My View had reverted back to factory defaults. Seems normal now but it really had me worried when it happened. Fingers crossed it was just a fluke.
