This roof top tent has been used twice and is just about a year old. I am going a different route since it's just my wife and I now. This tent is in the same shape it was the day I got it. It comes with all the upgrades that the summit series includes and also comes with the annex. This is a four season heavy duty canvas tent. Asking $1800 OBO

I wish I was so I could get this sold. The closest I’ll be is the outer banks in a few weeks. We could look into u-ship or something similar. The tent weighs about 180lbs so it’s not super heavy. I have it hoisted up right now so it would be easy to load but you’d have to have a solution to unload.

I already have a Thulé rack.

Too bad...I just drove down from ME a couple of weeks ago and passed VA off course, you should've posted before, hahaha... I will keep an eye on your sale and see..

Will this work with the taller towers? How long does it take to put up and take down?

This tent will work with any roof rack or bed rack that is rated for the weight.

I built a pulley system in my garage and the tent is currently hovering at about nine feet. My wife parks her Jeep under it. Whenever I wanted to mount the tent on the truck, I’d back in under it, pushed the down button on my hoist winch, lined it up and secured the clamps. I can literally have the tent mounted in about 10-15 minutes by myself.

As far as setup and take down, it is about the same time frame once you’ve done it a few times. It is a lot better with a helper which should be most of the time if you have a tent that size. The annex takes extra time but still worth it if you’ve got 4-6 people camping with you.
