No Boost, Rattling. Photos attached

Hey all. I have a Gen2 with 70k miles. Long story short, I was driving back from a longish road trip and quickly figured out I wasnt getting any boost. I drove it to my shop, which was about 45 mins from where I was. As I pull in, I started hearing this knocking/rattle which sounded like it was coming from the under the motor. Long story short, I located this valve looking peice that's ties directly on top of the block. I immediately noticed a missing bolt and later finding the mount/bracket was split. Can anyone identify this part? I'm sure this is why my boost isn't there. Attached are the photos! Please help me figure out what this part is so I can replace it

That's your High pressure fuel pump. Runs off a cam lobe . I what i have heard of before the cam lobe will shift position on cam, throws fuel timing off , causing bolts to break or come loose , make sure they check the cam lobe and cam timing
