Little bit of a new look

So I have been thinking about some matte black vinyl to put on the tailgate to complement the front hood. I used plastidip to get the look to see if I like it before I spend money on getting the vinyl guy to do it. Kinda on the fence with how it looks.

(At night the jen1 tail lamps reflect the Earnhardt racing logo, that swept looking E, or so I tell myself)

very different, i like it. The whole charcoal or matte color roof would look awesome. Let us see when its done.

The whole roof black will increase the interior temperature. Not good.

Reminds me of how some of the Platinum model F150s look. Not bad at all.

I really like that look. I at times regret getting black because you guys can do so much more with wraps and graphics. I would do the whole roof as well. Also I have seen including the part right in front of the taillight lens (marked by yellow arrow). I think it looks better when you do. It doesn't look so much like an after thought. I know I have seen one around someplace I will see if I can track it down.

I think too if you do that you need to paint the inside lip of the taillight as well. As I think it sticks out a lot more as you can see in the pictures of the mentioned thread. Just my thoughts worthless sense is all.
