Key Fob??

Has anyone else notice the red light not flashes red when you press a button. I just now notice mine on both key fobs wasn’t working. But everything else with the key works just fine. I read somewhere the red means battery going dead and green means battery is good. I have no clue if that’s true or not. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone and if you changed the battery did that fix it
