Help with a part #? (Door Interior)

My new truck has some deep scratches in the silver trim of the armrest. I've searched a lot of online diagrams and don't see this part available. Does anyone know if its available separate from the door panel? Or better yet has anyone else replaced it?

I was looking to replace the carbon fiber trim panel on mine, and multiple dealers said that most of the entire door panel is sold as a complete piece.

Doesn't appear there's a part number for just that piece.
ML3Z-1623942-DJ is the main panel, which should include it.
