I read through a couple threads (Thread 1, Thread 2, Thread 3), if someone wants your truck it will happen, but in general here is the tl:dr summary for some mods other posters have done. Activate Ford Pass asap at dealer before leaving the lot and ensure the spare key does not stay in the vehicle when you park it for the first time. Two mods to help prevent theft and track the theft 1. Ravelco. This prevents the truck from starting even if you clone a key with whatever technology they are using. You must have the Ravelco plug to start the vehicle. Comes with one spare, you can order more if needed. 2. Hidden GPS tracker (in addition to Ford Pass, in case they cut the modem or battery in the truck). The only way to steal your truck if you have Ravelco is with a tow truck. In that case, GPS tracker will help find it, its smart to hide this and not have it easy to find, some sort of battery allow it to track even if the thief cuts your battery or pulls some fuses. Each have their advantages and disadvantages you will need to research on which one you want, if any. Mods to help prevent entry into truck 3. Replace front driver door handle with passenger door handle. This removes the lock cylinder from the handle all together. Downside here is if your battery completely drains, you cannot use a key to open your door. A mod with this should be some way to access your battery to charge it a bit to unlock the doors, one poster added a 4 gauge wire from the battery to a position you can access it from under the truck. 4. Jimmi Jammer for the hood, door handles and tailgate. Helps prevent the ability to pop the hood with a tool, open the door with a tool, or take your tailgate easily. 5. Faraday key holder. Something to put your keys in when not driving. Helps prevent relay or cloning of keys. 6. Ford Perimeter Plus or some sort of additional car alarm (Viper for example).
