Ford new release of the updated Navigation Map Sync 3

For everyone that wants the recent update from Ford

Ford SYNC 3 Navigation Update

when I put in my R vin, I get this error:

This vehicle is not eligible for a Sync 3 map update. The vehicle does not have navigation capabilities.
Please check the VIN and ESN.
