Ford Aps Gone....Can't Sync with phone

My Ford aps gone. When I try to bring them up....says "No Aps." I was using Android auto and really miss it. Please advise. Thanks

Did you try doing the Sync reset?

To perform a Soft Reset:

1. Press and hold the Seek Up (>>|) button while pressing and holding the Radio Power button.
2. After approximately 5 seconds the screen will go black, release the buttons.
3. Allow some time for the system reset to complete.
