the minimum post rule is posted in the Garage Sale section and states "This applies to ALL sections of the Classified listings." I am not aware of a rule preventing sale posts in other sections and have seen many things posted for sale outside of the classifieds.

Generally I wouldn't suggest both acknowledging a rule and completely disregarding it in the same post, the 50 post minimum is there for a reason and if you're looking for an exception you can always reach out to the mods.
