GEN 1 2012 Front end bumpy vibrations when going up incline

I've noticed my 2012 has vibrating front end when going up incline 40-50 mph and 4-5 gear, then when getting up to faster speeds it goes away. Only seems to do it when going on a upward incline. Any ideas, and what it may cost to repair?

Does it skip gears or go into gear to slow. Check tranny maybe. More truck details will help. Any suspension or tire work lately? Service interval on tranny lat time it was changed and filter replaced?
