Mudflap - Profit #8 up front - go with the bigger size up front as the #8 still allows to much spray. #8 in the back is fine
Spider Diff Cover - My only complaint is MY choice of color. I chose the grey which blends very well with the bumper and flares but IMAO gets lost in the...
It's from Mohr Manufacturing. Yep not the prettiest thing in the world, but I was going for the functional until I choose an aftermarket. They have other models but this one worked for me.
I put one of these on. Last year I was rearended and the ball mount took 100% of the hit. Messed up the other cars front bumper, grill and light pretty good. Only a scratch on the ball. So I upgraded to this. I liked its anti-rattle technology.
Fuse pull, the ignition is off.
I have done the master reset process before and that worked in some cases depending on the symptoms but when my Sync got really FUBR, I pulled the fuse and everything has been working fine.
I just did a leather repair on a sofa.
1. Viewed a bunch of youtube how to's
2. Bought some leather/fabric repair glue from Hobby Lobby < $10
There are some solutions out there with color matching, heat activated/non heat activated etc. I could not find a color matching kit and wanted...
I have the FM 50 on my truck. Its just a smuge better than stock, but that is where I want to be. If you are looking at a 40 vs 44. 44 is loud/and nice but 40 is much more in the middle (I cant speak to the drone). If I wasn't hauling around the family I would have went with the 40.
I have the Profit #8 on front and back. As the earlier poster said you might want the #7 if you go this route. #8 is just a tad to short up front and some spray makes it up the side but misses the door handle. I would guess #8 gets probably 90% coverage up front and 95% on the back.
Let us know how it goes. I think once we get a shop in the Denver/Metro area that gets a FRF member approval there is going to be more repeat business.
Looks great! I'm definitely going to do a hood graphic. I put up a comparison photo of my molten orange. Pretty darn close, would love to have them side x side to really see the difference.
Very nice. I have an Molten SCREW and I think that something needs to be there to remove so much orange. The '10 and '11 graphic did not do for me as well.
Phil Long Littleton. I actually bought from them for an invoice deal and had a good experience. I was in for the drive shaft fix last year and was wandering around the showroom and saw what they had the Raptor on showroom floor priced at.
x2 on this.
When I first read this thread I thought it was about the rears only on the 2012 and did not think much more until I looked today. So I guess I will do something for the rear on my 2011.
I drive past them 2x a day and do see a Blue SCAB parked out front alot. The shop has been there for a long time. I bought some stuff from them back in '82!!! Good thought on the RPG stuff as I was thinking about that but not about ready to DIY. Maybe I can drop in and talk to them next week...
