@Jonesky there is a setting on your dash for the remote start to use an automatic setting, or your previously set climate controls

@FordTechOne just to clarify, I can update this myself with my USB rather than having to go to the dealer to have the TSB performed? I regularly update sync but just wanted to be sure I had access to the same software update as the dealer does. Sounds like it from the description of the service...

The Gen 2 uses 2, 10mm bolts on each tip that you can easily loosen and readjust, then tighten back up again

Honestly @dmarkh, I just hit the rubber seal around the moonroof with some WD40 Silicone grease and that keeps the rattle away for a few months at a time

23k on my stock set and they have roughly 9/32nds left on them. Giving them up for Falken’s as well pretty soon

I would say “normal” as mine also gets little air flow from the rear vents. I always leave my climate control in auto, that may have something to do with it
