Freaking lockdown is killing us. If anyone has private land or access to private land. Even simple trail rides speak up and we could do that on lockdown
So yes the national Forest service has closed camping on maintained sites and amenities at the locations as well. However trails are still open. Also primitive camping is still permitted. This was as of two days ago when I checked up on it all. So as long as out individual counties don't go...
So we need to decide which ride we are gonna do. Or both even. If it's both do we wanna do two days ? Like I said before it's a good little drive between uwharrie and hurricane Creek. I'm down for that weekend at least at the moment it's open for me. Would love to have as many people as...
So I just checked out some info and vids on hurricane Creek and I'll be honest it looks cool too. Got some rock areas and some Creek and water crossings. Nothing to serious but still fun. So I'm down for either
Hurricane Creek sounds cool to. I have never been but I'll look it up. Uwharrie should have some spots for us to fit at least it did last time I went. And we could camp out and keep the cost down for everyone throw up a camp fire and grill and have a few drinks. Also get in some night rides...
Yea I see the cable underneath and it doesn't appear to be broken. But I also don't see an adjustment. I'll take a few min to check that video out above. I just didn't know if our trucks were different when it comes to brakes than your standard f150.
Alright so my parking brake pushes straight to the floor with no resistance. Needless to say it does not hold the vehicle either. Where do I make the adjustment for this thing? Anyone else had this issue if so what was your fix?
Even then so it's only 15 dollars a day per person and they have 4x4 areas we could ride on. We don't necessarily have to rent the whole place out.
They offer military discount as well and are military owned which I like.
And you can camp out 5 dollars a night per tent.
And it's 24/7...
Awesome! This is great I'm glad we are getting more raptors and owners. Looking like we will be able to line some pretty good weekends up.
But yea I agree I'm looking for anything different as well. Just wanna have all the options. But I would still love fort Fisher lol.
Thanks for the info. I actually only asked two questions what trans we have and if the transfer case gets its fluid from the trans or if it's fluid is independent. The rest of the post was short and easy explanations on how to do each of the services I am gonna do. So like a how to for...
Hell yeah glad I have at least one taker. Outer Banks beach riding would be a blast ! I'm not sure what fort Fisher has but I'm always down for anything in my truck haha. So I'm like 4 hours away from you in Wilmington which is fine I'm totally cool with making a weekend trip. Do you know of...
