Defiantly swats even with not a lot of weight in the bed. When I am towing or hauling something it does seam to help to put it in tow/haul mode and the back shocks stiffen up a bit. It's like ****** for the fox live valve shocks
Just to continue the "more informed" part of your analyses - Killing the Keystone pipeline on day one of your presidency with an executive order and putting a moratorium of new oil and gas leases on federal land absolutely effects oil production levels.
Soooooo true, Moab should be avoided - let's get the word out so more people don't keep going there. No good trails, landscape is nothing special, no sure what all the hype is all about
Awesome pics. Just got back from Powell, what an incredible landscape. Sometime i need to take just the Raptor and leave the boat at home so i can hit the trails in that area
Assault is kind of isolated so other than video games in the hotel room not sure on things to do while at the class. I stayed north of the school about 15 - 20 minuets away, there are nicer hotels outside of Toole. There isn't much public access to fishing off I-70 if you want to get some good...
With the live shocks it will squat with any heavy tongue weight. Getting a weight distribution hitch helps substantially. Mine is a 2020 super crew / all stock suspension / flatbed trailer with tractor is in the #6000 lb range / Andersen WDH. With these trucks the lighter the tongue weight the...
Onion Creek is easy and after you get through the canyon it opens up where you can run 45-55 mph. Check out Red Cliffs lodge for accommodations. Awesome place and they have great rates this time of year. Someone mentioned Chicken Corners which comes off Hurrah Pass - nice run that isn't...
WDH hitch defiantly helps. I went with the Andersen WDH and I love it, super easy set up and it helped even out the truck and trailer. My trailer with the tractor is in the 6,000 lbs - 6,800 range.
Your best bet is Western Colorado in December. I live in Grand Junction and there are plenty of trails and BLM land in the GJ area. We usually don't get heavy snows that stick around and trails are open year round. Moab is only 1-1/2 away and winter might be the best time to run trails in Moab...
Exactly what Braaaaptor said. Remove the large skid plate for 1st change and then you can get a funnel up to the drain plug. Fumoto valves are a game changer. I used the F107N M12-1.75 Model and it works great. It has a barbed end to put a 3/8 hose on , so the oil drains directly into whatever...
Quote from the guys at Ford Racing - "what part of ecoboost says V8" They seamed pretty sure no V8 in the Gen 3 - saying Ford has way to much invested in the ecoboost platform and still have a ways more to go in cranking even more hp out of that engine.
Just got back from Raptor Assault and the boys at the Ford Performance Racing School are saying 2020 is the last of the GEN 2's and the GEN 3's wont be out until late 2021 at the earliest. I would say grab the 2020 while they are available. I don't think i would want to buy the 1st couple of...
