The dealer said it was a fuel pump driver module. They didn't have one and they are on backorder in Canada, so they bypassed it so I could drive home. It didn't run perfect, but it got us home. Ordered a module from the local dealer here at home and plan to install myself.

Got it started enough to drive a block to the dealer. Check engine light/ford app is showing this. Think that’s a maf sensor or bad fuel pump?

Yep, that's the exact behavior of my truck. Ugh. Update - Truck is still gathering dust at the dealer with no ETA of parts.

Bought new. Talked to owner of Las Vegas dealership (not the dealer I'm dealing with). He said definitely don't drive it. Parts are on national back order with no ETA. Expect it to take at least 2 months to get the parts. FML. :(

Couldn't you use the intake temperature gauge? I'm pretty sure there is one.
