Happened to me and it’s the trucks battery. I have it replaced and it’s all good. Also the stop start will not work if your battery is weak.

It’s easy to move the front plate even lower than the original position by using the original plastic plate holder (installing it upside down though to align the plate holes to the grill holes). No drilling holes required. And I used two toggle screws to secure it. Also I can move the tow hook...
