BajaFred, correct me if I am wrong but I think your point is that the braking distances are similar to stock when rotors are not heated up.
Example would be in a panic stop on the freeway not giving you a much shorter stopping distance that OEM?
Truckzor:
I am heavy on the brakes...
I have them on my car with 37's and love it. Huge difference compared to stock. Makes you feel a lot more confident and well worth it!
Here is a video on youtube someone put up showing the stopping distances compared to stock:

Thanks for your reply!
Just tried your settings on the road and really like it so far.
Previously I was 2 full turns (from closed) on both rebounds and slight softer on compressions.
My ride was a little too lively on the rear axle. This helped a lot. Thanks again.
I live in California and ordered from Missouri. My truck is released but has not shipped yet and does not have the CA emissions option. It is an October 17 build. Does anyone know another work around to register in CA because I just read that I will not be able to because it's a 49 state...
Yes, im experiencing the same kind of "kick" when transmission shifts from 1st to 2nd in full throttle after the 5 star tune. Have not talked to 5 star about it yet and did the flash back in april.
Thanks Guys!
Yup Raptizzle, that is the Newport Harbor entrance!
Ordered November 18 from Capital Ford Raleigh NC and took delivery on January 29 in Socal.
I am considering going ocotillo, sounds like lots of fun!
