FWIW I was told the same thing at the Raptor Assault in 2017, the speaker mentioned the Raptor and GT shared the same long block but the intake / turbos/ exhaust were significantly different. These are huge differences. Anyone who knows about turbos understands the prices increase exponentially...

Just get the shifter, it’s all you need and a very easy install.

When I attended the RA, there were a couple of trucks with the FP exhaust, the trucks sounded great. Not sure if any of exhaust is worth it, Ford spent millions designing the current dual exhaust, horsepower gain is minuscule. But if I did an exhaust, definitely the Ford version .

There’s always something new in every model year, if you keep waiting you’ll never drive a Raptor. Get the LF now and don’t look back!

Just did the course today, the Baja section is still 45/35, wish it was longer. Overall the course was fun and informative, I enjoyed it. The downside I’m stuck at the comfort inn in bumf*** Utah. if doing the course I highly recommend staying in SLC, there is nothing, I mean nothing out here.

Not bragging, just a statement of fact, 8k is what RUF charged for a twin turbo exhaust a la carte back in the day. Mine was included in the full conversion, not stand alone, works out a lot less that way but still not cheap. I will happily brag on the car, the RUF conversions are bespoke...

This might be the best sounding exhaust yet, the Touring version just seems a little beige to me, while the aftermarket versions drone. Anxious to hear one in person, only so much you can tell online.

When I saw this I thought ok, maybe a 20k upgrade. 130k is nuts! Slapping badges on it don't make it a Shelby IMO. Carroll was bad about that in the past few years, putting his name on any project that came along, can't say that I really blame him, he laughed all the way to the bank.

Old school solution. On our 930s we used an intercooler temp gauge, measures intake and outflow temps, displayed as a delta. When you have a big gradient, time to hammer it, if it drops back off the throttle.

I'm not sure about that, a flat 6 Porsche race motor is pretty damn impressive. Some others would say a Ferrari flat 12 is the best sounding motor. A big block V8 also sounds damn good. So I wouldn't say it's the best sound that's subjective, all good just different.
