Does anyone know if the white side alley lights on the mirrors can be changed to come on at a higher speed other than the factory setting? The factory settings are too slow for real use.

I only have 32,000 miles on my Raptor and the front brakes already vibrate and need new rotors even though I am easy on the brakes. Has anyone else had this problem? And can anyone recommend a better set of rotors & pads?
