From what ive been reading, it appears that it is not necesary to use the passthrough wires at all. Mr jurrasic's post shows that you can tap into the hot wires from the relays right under the aux relay box in the engine bay. Why bother connecting them in the cab? They run from the engine bay...

i look at it this way if the"nazis" hadnt made the emblem manditory. i would not have had looked for new tires. i would not have discovered the hakkas. and would not now be grinning and tearing through the snow covered streets of mtl like a battle tank in operation get brat to daycare :)

hakkas tread/compound are optimized for winter. whats good for winter aint good for summer. running on them year round would prematurely wear out the tread. the advantage of duratracs is that they are 4 season tires.

there is nothing like a dedicated snow tire. mother nature just dumped a few inches of snow in the north east. i usually take public trans to work in winter, regardless of weather. i had to try out the hakkas. wow! snow tires make a noticable difference over a/t tires in the snow and slush...
