Is it possible to change out the stock speakers, subs and amp and continue to use the stock NAV head unit on a 2013? I realize I can't change out the head unit because of the climate controls but I'd like to upgrade the system to what it should be.

Just picked up a 2013 SCab tux black. 8400 miles. I was going to order a '14 but didn't want to wait. I found it at a Ford dealer in Staten Island and jumped on it. Very happy with the truck, not so happy with the dealership. This truck is a beast.
