Been a while since ive been on here to check this but all awesome Ideas and I have began to build a nice little tough box kit to through in the back of the Raptor. I have a shell on the back to hold whatever I need to make sure everything goes well. Turns out I wont be leaving Alaska for another...

Yukon- The bug screen sounds like a pretty good idea and I will def get a lot of pictures of the Raptor in different areas. Hopefully meet up with some of the forum guys in different cities on my way as well.

Ok so I have a 2010 Raptor with the 6.2, At this moment it has 27,000 miles on it. Here in a few months I will be leaving Anchorage Alaska and doing a cross country move and fun road trip. Looking to put around 6 to 8 thousand miles within a 30 day period. I will not be towing anything and will...
Found out where the Whistle sound was coming from, the crack between the bar and the light. Took a black foam weather strip and wedged it in between, No more whistle sound
I pulled the wire out and reset the weather stripping to test the theory but its def not the placing of the wire. Tomorrow I will be tilting the light more down to see if that's what it is
Yea that's exactly what I did, I just didn't run the wire all the way to the engine bay... I did add one more zip tie at the bottom of the bracket in the slot to hold the wire straight if that makes sense. When the door is shut it holds it even better
I did not use the wire down the windshield but a different route down the door seal between the weather stripping. I wanted to test and see how it would hold up without doing anything to it. When the door is closed it acts like a clamp and holds the wire in perfectly. I can snap a couple more...
Wasn't sure how it turn out if I mounted it lower, I went off exactly where Bieber mounted his. I lined it up with the factory rivet under the weather striping
