Hey everyone, with the exception of the square plugs that I hope to have very soon, I've secured all of the parts for the rocker panel / floorpan hole plug kits. Getting the right size plugs for some of the smaller holes was difficult, with a 90 day lead time from the supplier, so I apologize for the delay. You really do want me to include these smaller plugs though — check out what keeps water, mud, and salt from entering the front footwell, saturating your carpet on both sides and potentially leading to rust-through.

View from underneath (in case you're wondering, the white spot is the sticky side of a piece of black cloth tape, which is all that separates your carpet and its ever-so-absorbent underlayment from the outside elements):


After removing the plastic sill trim/scuff plates and lifting the carpet you can see the extent of the "seal." In the 2nd picture, I'm pointing to the location of this tape-sealed hole, on the driver's side. The passenger's side hole is in the same position relative to the sill trim and seat track (mirrored, obviously).



People who expressed interest in buying kits will be PM'ed in order (using the time stamp from either this thread or their PM to me) once the square plugs arrive.

Thanks to everyone for their patience. I wanted to ship sooner, but opted to go with better quality, better fitting plugs than those that were first supplied to me.

Good to hear that this is coming along. I can't believe ford just threw some tape in a bunch of places and thought it was all good. When its time for the next run def put me at the top of the list. Thanks.
