Just took delivery of my 24 CG 801a. Amazing machine. The intelligent access does not work. Lights turn on when I approach the truck at night but nothing when I try to lock/unlock from the door handle. The truck did sit for 2 weeks waiting on transport from out of state. Could this be a battery issue? Everything else works fine. Any other ideas? TIA

Battery state of charge being too low will derate certain electrical loads especially key off engine off loads such as intelligent access. The battery may need to be charged and rechecked and the battery state of charge may need to be reset in the BCM using FDRS. I have had battery state of charge come up on its own but usually it takes a week or 2 of daily driving.

Puling the negative on the battery for 15 min fixed it. Was also getting a msg that the fob was missing when it wasn't and it fixed that too. Good to go. Thanks for the input!

You should post pics or we will think it’s really your Prius you’re having intelligence issues with. ;)

Let me guess you drive a 23 and like the look better lol.

No, it's that we appreciate new members actually taking the time to introduce themselves before they start asking for help, and until you have proven otherwise (ie pictures) we assume you are just another prius driving Raptor owner wanna be

Fair enough. I accept the trolling then as initiation! I have been on here a while reading and learning but made an account once my truck got delivered. It came last night. Bought it in Indiana for $500 under msrp with no add ons. Saved probably $7k minimum compared to where I am in FL. You guys have taught me a lot and look forward to being part of the community.

Also, I am coming from a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 Carbon Pro with the 6.2. Had a Rebel before that and have owned many different sports cars and Jeeps. Thoroughly impressed with this truck so far.
