Anyway this would fit on Roush Raptor with Roush Chase Rack? Chase rack is installed with brakets going inside the bed so so far I did not find any bed cover that will work with it.

Nope. I think your going to need to lose that rack for most any cover to fit. Depends what accessory is more important to you obviously.

Because of the design of the rear chase rack, specifically how it mounts on top and then over the side of the bed, it will interfere with the bed cover mounting rails.

Ordered a Lomax trifold and BuiltRight molle setup for the rear seat. Products arrived in a couple business days, well packed.
Install on the tonneau cover was super easy and took 20 minutes. Looks great and am very happy overall.
