Does anyone have this on their raptor yet?
seems like a new system out from Magnaflow, differs from other manufactures as this only removes muffler and leave the factory resonator (similar to Directfit Flowmaster FX).

I am curious to see if this sounds less drone or less loud than 2FX from AWE (since theirs just straight thru x pipe).

Please chime in if you have any insight. Thanks!

Please go to their website and you can hear how it sounds. (Magnaflow.com) By the way this is a straight through muffler.

I spoke to Magnaflow the 19346 full cat back removes the factory resonator and uses an 18 in muffler, the 19465 d fit kit retains the stock resonator but uses a smaller 14in muffler. According to magnaflow the full cat back has less rasp than the d-fit. Nothing new for the raptor is in the pipeline.

I'm out.

I have the magna flow installed on my 2017. it is the best sounding exhaust ive heard on the raptor to date. It does drone a bit in the cab at certain rpms but its not too bad. I thought it was too loud at first but neither my wife or kids have said anything about it.

The Magnaflow direct bolt in kit is a great option. It is very well constructed and will add some sound without being overly loud.

We have a couple left in stock right now. Contact us for pricing

I've had her less than a week and I have to do SOMETHING with the exhaust! I have always had Borla or Magnaflow on my trucks. They have also all been V8s so it's quite a change sound wise! Performance is also a HUGE change and the Raptor blows ALL of my past trucks FAR away!

I'm also just over 50yrs young and I prefer a lower rumble on start up with some growl when getting on it, with little to no drone. I also understand that I will NEVER hear anything like I heard out of my previous V8 trucks as this is two less cylinders and less space in there! I get it. It's just a different sound. Period.

I've watched hundreds of videos and sound clips. I don't want LOUD. I don't want that "raspy/Barrrraaap" either. However, "sound" is always relative to each person's ears and perception.

I've noticed the only videos sound clips that I like are the Magna-Flow. Everything else (TO ME) seems too loud or too raspy. I think the Cat Back is what's messing me up though.

I recently found this: https://www.magnaflow.com/products/...ance-exhaust-system-with-muffler?aces=8776511

To me this sounds GREAT! Maybe a little louder than stock, but more deep and a lot better in my opinion. I don't hear much of that raspy note in it. The compared video there is impressive and is what sold me on this. Not to mention it's not that expensive.

I will be giving this a shot... AND the price is great! It's the only one I find that my ears like (on you tube anyway) I liked MagnaFlow on a past truck too so that's good.

I will let you all know what happens!
