i would like to know if i need to leave the stock retainer clip on top of the RPG collar or do i need to remove it?
You remove the stock "clip" all together. Just the RPG collar fits back in the groove, tighten the collar and then start uncompressing the spring.
2.25" collar installed. depending on the surface it looks a little nose high or level. no difference in driving from the 1.5" and has fixed my full-lock reverse rubbing issue. my wife thought it looks more aggressive also, fwiw
37? What's the width and offset of your wheels? Did you trim stuff before?
37" r/t tires. 17x8.5 wheels, 0 offset, and we did do some previous trimming.
