I had a bad hood latch sensor, replaced at Ford. This sensor would trigger the alarm constantly. I do remember the location being called out in the Fordpass app, though.

Glad you got it working. I was going to comment that in the past I've had to turn the truck off, open the driver door, close it. Lock. Let sit for a minute or two, then unlock, start truck, etc.
