Curt - I reduced torque on the TC motor until all selections worked fine. It took about 15 minutes of crawling underneath the truck and back in the cab. But yes, that was what worked for me.

I don't have pics as I haven't installed the GJ cooler yet. However, I called their shop and they were helpful. You might give them a call and run it past them.

Daveypetey - I called GJ about the cooler (not the reservoir) and it will work with my Roush and the larger (Saudi) OEM trans cooler. Tim

That particular part you linked says it doesn’t work with a 12. I’m not sure why they are different. Dane - yes, 4wd and the iwe’s are working as normal.

Dane - I went out and took the vacuum lines off the IWE's. As before, I could not turn the front driveshaft. I moved the switch to 4hi and it still would not engage the transfer case. I tried driving back and forth in the driveway but no dice.

Sernas - in addition to what I wrote above, is this a common problem? I guess I can plop down the money and get an OEM motorcraft one but am hesitant to just throw another part at it. However, i did read other reviews of Dorman's shift motors and they aren't good. Thanks, Tim

Can anyone confirm if the GJ PS cooler works with the larger OEM trans cooler (DL3Z-7A095-B, standard on Saudi Raptors)? I can't tell if the two will interfere but it looks like NE Ford might be running the same cooler.
