The original fix was to replace the EGR cooler valve, nut, and gaskets. But seems like that wasnt the issue...

So would anyone with the exhaust issue say this is the same? Or something else?

Frustrating indeed… will call them back tomorrow and see what they say. On the plus side, they agreed my rear seat was missing a piece of trim underneath and pulled one off another truck to replace it.

Correct…after. It sounded better at the dealership - but this is a few hours later.

I provided the TSR number to my SA, but they looked it up and claim my truck isnt eligible due to the build date.

Nope, don’t have pro-power. At a quick glance don’t see the ability to purchase… that part. And never came up in ordering. I’ll just ask the parts dept I guess...
